1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, requesting trial test credits, downloading our browser extension, or accessing the Cruson Intel platform (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
2. Account Registration & Roles
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. Cruson provides tiered account access:
- Trial Accounts: Free test evaluation accounts granted a discrete block of test credits (e.g., 15 credits) manually approved and provisioned by Cruson administrators for product trial.
- Regular User Accounts: Standard commercial accounts equipped with monthly subscription quotas, dark funnel intent, and direct web scanning.
- Power User Accounts: High-volume accounts equipped with residential proxy pool routing, deep profile scraping, and priority AI generation.
- Admin Accounts: Full administrative rights, unlimited test quota, user provisioning, and proxy pool management.
3. Acceptable Scraping & Outbound Policy
You agree to utilize Cruson strictly for legitimate B2B commercial prospecting. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Harvest consumer personal data, financial credentials, medical records, or information belonging to minors.
- Send unsolicited marketing communications in violation of the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or EU ePrivacy Directive.
- Use the Rotating Residential Proxy Pool for illegal activity, credential stuffing, distributed denial of service (DDoS), or unauthorized penetration testing.
- Resell or redistribute raw Cruson database extracts without prior written authorization.
4. Credit Quotas & Billing
Cruson operates on a credit-based consumption model:
- Each verified lead extraction, domain enrichment, or dark funnel capture consumes one (1) lead credit.
- Subscription plan credits replenish each monthly billing cycle. Active subscriptions rollover unused credits up to 2x monthly quota.
- Trial accounts receive complimentary test credits as assigned by Cruson administrators; trial credits possess zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.
- Administrators retain the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive automated request bursts exceeding fair-use limits.
5. Intellectual Property & AI Generation
The Cruson platform, scraper algorithms, technographic heuristics, and web interfaces are the proprietary property of Cruson Technologies Inc. You retain all ownership rights to the specific lead lists, custom outreach scripts, and contact pipelines exported from your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cruson provides autonomous scraping and AI-generated scripts on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain a 99%+ deliverability standard on verified MX emails, we make no guarantee of specific sales conversion rates, inbox placement by third-party mail filters, or uptime of third-party public web targets.
7. Governing Law & Contact
